How did you get into the events business?

I liked the idea of working in events because of the client interaction and the aftermath of the event. I also love seeing how the finished product looks.

 

Why do you do it?

I love the client interaction and to be able to participate/give my input when choosing items to make the event come to life. 

 

Favorite part of the job?

Everything that leads up to the event, including first interactions with the clients as well as troubleshooting any questions that arise. 

 

Least favorite part of the job?

When a client is unsatisfied. 

 

How would you describe your personal style?

I am a very detail-oriented person, so checking my work is crucial for me to feel content with a client's order. Interaction is a valuable aspect in the sense that it can make the overall experience transparent and personal. 

 

If you were to throw an event, what would the style be?

Modern style with a touch of vintage 

 

What's the one thing that's most important to think about when planning an event?

Communication is crucial to ensure a successful event.

 

What's something unexpected that comes up for most people planning events for the first time?

Not ordering the quantities of products for their event or not knowing what to order and or specifics of what they need.

 

What's your communication style?

Verbal and written. 

 

What song is sure to get you out on the dance floor?

House music or anything that has a rhythm you can dance to.
