FAQ's

I need help with setup and breakdown.

No problem, we understand and we are here to help. Our team is properly trained on the setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, umbrellas, heaters, and all other hardware equipment. Call our office for pricing.

How do I return my rental items?

Upon pickup, we ask that you return dishware and food service items lightly rinsed, debris-free, and placed in the corresponding cases provided. Dispose of all liquids from glassware, and place linens in supplied linen bags. Do not place linens in plastic bags, as mold may occur.

What happens if a rental item is lost or damaged?

Unica Party Rentals will notify you of any missing/damaged items 2-3 business days after your pickup date, once rental items have been counted. The customer is responsible for missing or damaged rentals and replacement charges will apply.
