Policies & FAQ's
A 50% deposit is required to confirm the reservation. No credit will be given for unused rentals. Orders must be paid in full 3 days before the delivery date. A credit card release form is required, for all reservations.
Delivery charges start at $85.00 and are determined by location. Standard delivery hours are Monday through Saturday 9 am – 4 pm.
Damage and Loss
The customer is responsible for missing equipment, broken equipment, or burned linen. Replacement charges will apply.
Scrape all food from plates and silverware. Dispose of all liquids from glassware. Linens should be placed in supplied linen bags. Do not place linens in plastic bags, mold may occur.
The order must be canceled within 24 hours before the delivery date to avoid a restocking fee. If an order is canceled within 12 hours, a 50% restocking fee will apply.
What are your showroom hours?
Our showroom is open Monday through Friday 9 am – 4 pm, and Saturday from 9:30 am – 2:30 pm.
What are your office hours?
Unica is Open Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm, and Saturday from 9 am – 3 pm.
Do you have an after-hours number?
Yes, we provide after-hours contact to our clients. The number is 650-240-5136. This number can be used for any last-minute orders, additions to an existing order, or any questions that arise after our normal business hours.
What are your hours for Delivery & Pick-Ups?
Normal delivery hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 am – 4 pm. Sundays are considered after hours.
Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?
No, we can accommodate any event, any size.
Do you set up tables & chairs?
Yes, we set up tables and chairs. Additional charges may apply.
How much do you charge for delivery?

Do you rent tents?
Yes, we rent tents. A tent consultant can meet you at the venue location for a walk thru to assist in determining the size and type. Visit Tenting Sections for more details.
How do I return my dishware?
We understand no one wants to clean dishes at the end of an event. All we ask is to scrape the food off the plates and pour out any liquids from the glassware, then return the dishware to the same crates provided when delivered
How can I confirm an order?
Your order must be signed and e-mailed back to Unica’s Sales Rep. A 50% deposit is needed to confirm the order.
What happens if a rented item has been damaged?
A replacement charge will be applied.
