In order to confirm a quote, a 50% deposit is required to reserve your rentals. Orders must be paid in full 2 business days before the delivery/will call date.


Delivery charges start at $85.00 and are determined by location. Standard delivery hours are Monday through Saturday 9 am – 4 pm.


Upon pickup, we ask only that you return dishware and food service items lightly rinsed, debris-free, and placed in the designated cases provided. Dispose of all liquids from glassware, and place linens in supplied linen bags. Do not place linens in plastic bags, mold may occur.

Damage and Loss

Unica Party Rentals will notify you of any missing/damaged items 2-3 business days after your pickup date once rental items have been counted. The customer is responsible for missing or damaged rentals as replacement charges will apply.


Orders must be canceled 3 business days prior to delivery/will call date for a full refund.


What are your showroom hours?

Our South SF showroom is open for appointments and walk-ins Monday through Friday 9 am – 4 pm. Our San Carlos showroom is open by appointment only, Monday through Friday 9 am – 4 pm.

What are your office hours?

We are open Monday through Friday 8 am – 5 pm.

Do you have an after-hours number?

What are your hours for Delivery & Pick-Ups?

Standard delivery hours are Monday through Saturday from 9 am – 4 pm. All other times not listed are available for delivery and pickups upon request.

Do you have a minimum order size for delivery?

No, we can accommodate any event, any size.

Do you provide setup and breakdown?

We absolutely do upon request. We provide setup and breakdown of tables, chairs, linens, and umbrellas with an additional charge.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Do you rent tents?

Yes, we rent tents. A site visit with our team is required to ensure a smooth installation process as well as determining the appropriate size per location for your event. Visit Tenting Sections for more details.

How do I return my dishware?

We ask that all food service items are lightly rinsed, debris-free, liquid-free, and placed in its corresponding cases provided.

How can I confirm an order?

Your emailed quote must be signed as well as a 50% deposit to reserve your rentals.

What happens if a rented item has been damaged?

A replacement charge will be applied.
