Why do you work in events?

The building of new relationships and connections are essentials of events that create memorable moments for our clients.

Favorite part of the job?

I enjoy face-to-face interactions with our partners whether that be dropping by with special treats or a quick lunch to catch up and even being at an installation providing support and ease (along with a coffee, if it’s early morning).

 

How would you describe your personal style?

(Dress wear? I’m on the neutral spectrum and sometimes you may see me throw in a pop of color alongside my curly hair). Right, work-related… organization, over-communication, and transparency are vital for being on the same page.

 

If you were to throw an event, what would the style be?

Greenery, canvas linens, whites, browns, neutrals… light and fresh is my ideal vision (but on the other end I don’t mind a classy, “boujee”, luxurious occasion).

 

What's the one thing that's most important to think about when planning an event?

How the design experience will impact the event, client, and guests. I like to believe that everyone is an expert in their field and they too hold valuable knowledge, so learning and receiving feedback from my peers and partners goes a long way.

 

Most memorable moment you've ever been part of at this job?

The journey coming out of COVID-19 was deadly but through weeks, months, and years, we lived and surpassed.

Listen with open-mindedness, clarify, and respond.

What music genre is sure to get you out on the dance floor?

I’m a dancer, bachata will probably be my top genre.
